Unworn items can be returned for refund only when received within 14 days of purchase.

Terms & Conditions

IMPORTANT: All return items must be UNWORN and with order number or proof of purchase.

Shoes must not be scuffed and must not have marks on the soles

Clothes must have all tags attached

Items that do not meet these criteria or are non-returnable, will be denied. In this case, we will also not be responsible for the cost of returning it to the customer.

• If a return item is misplaced in the post, it is up to the customer to investigate the matter with the postal or courier service they used.
• We can only refund an item once we have received it and not before.
• Refunds must be returned via the method of original payment.
• Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
• You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed.
• Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 3-5 business days).

How to return goods

Please follow the instructions on the return form included in your package and return your items TO ARRIVE WITHIN 14 DAYS of receipt of your purchase, to the address below.

Please ensure you enclose the correctly filled returns form.
