We always recommend to customer to call into the shop and get measured properly. It takes less than 5 minutes and there is no obligation to buy anything unless you want to. Every brand is different size wise, for example the Spanish and Italian shoes we stock are approximately ½ size smaller in comparison to other brands. At the end of the day, it is your choice to go online to buy shoes or not. We have all done it and most likely got mixed results.
